Randy Kovitz – SAG-AFTRA Campaign Statement 2023

I joined AFTRA in Pittsburgh in 1978 and SAG in 1980. Since then, I have and continue to work under theatrical, TV, commercial, industrial, V.O. and stunt contracts in NY, L.A., Pittsburgh and elsewhere. My priorities — jobs, dignity, fair treatment and pay and safe working conditions. I have been a convention delegate, lobbied for the film tax credit in Harrisburg and fought for local issues, successfully ending agent’s right to invade scale for commercial contracts. I was on the Pittsburgh local board for four years and would be honored to serve as your next Vice President. https://unionstrongohpit.org
